Refund policy
We strive to provide quality service and products at all time. If you would like to return an item, please contact us directly on +64 3 941 7370 or via email at shop@christchurchartgallery.org.nz
If your item has been damaged during delivery, we would like to know about it as soon as possible.
For items which arrive faulty, contact us for replacement or refund in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Items returned as faulty, will be examined on return. If the item is deemed not faulty, we may charge you for the delivery fee to return the item to you.
Please contact us to discuss a 'Change of Mind' return or exchange as these are subject to our discretion and must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase transaction on provision of original proof of purchase.
All returns must be in its original product packaging, unused and in saleable condition. Please package the physical item as securely as possible. We are not liable for lost returns parcels or any damage incurred to a returns parcel in transit. We recommend using a track and trace courier service.
Delivery costs for 'Change of Mind' returns or exchanges is not refundable. A further delivery fee will be charged for sending out all exchanges.
Any sale or discounted items are for final sale. We cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges on these items, unless the item is faulty. If a sale or discounted item is faulty, we will replace the item, or refund you the purchase price if the product is out of stock and no longer available.
All refunds will be made using the payment method [and to the credit card] that was used to make the original purchase.
If the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to your purchase, nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under that Act.
