Shipping policy

The Design Store team will dispatch your order within 7 days of receipt. For delivery enquiries please email us shop@christchurchartgallery.org.nz or call us on +64 3 941 7370 Mon-Fri, between 10am-5pm NZST. We will alert customers to significant delays in dispatch. 

The Gallery works hard to bring you the best value products, our online prices are the same as in-store. Shipping charges need to be recovered, so here is how that’s worked out:

Domestic orders
We use NZ Couriers, and shipping is a flat rate: $9 for South Island deliveries, $15 for North Island.
Estimated delivery is within 3–6 working days, with an additional 1–3 days for rural delivery.*

International orders
You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied in the country of delivery, which may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Australia only
All items $40 NZD postage and handling added, sent anywhere within Australia, via International Air (NZ POST).
Estimated delivery within 3-10 working days.*

Worldwide (excluding Australia and NZ)
$90.00 NZD postage and handling added, sent via International Air (NZ POST).
Estimated delivery within 5-15 working days.*

*Delivery Targets listed are as per the NZ Post website guidelines.

Once your parcel is carefully packaged you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. 

The Gallery is not responsible for any fees or duties incurred in the dispatch of parcels internationally.
